Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one e-mail box to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your e-mail boxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mails according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply select the mail account you want to redirect e-mails from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
